Terms of Service

Well Done is a trade name of Gramstad CPA LLC ("we"). These terms apply when you buy a Well Done website subscription ("you").

1. Service

We build a website for your business from our trade template and host it on your domain. It has up to 5 pages, SSL, and a quote form that emails you.

2. Price

$99 per month plus Texas sales tax. You pay the first month at sign-up; it covers the build. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel.

3. Delivery

We deliver your site for review within 10 business days after you submit the onboarding form. If we miss that date, we refund your first month on request.

4. Changes

You get one round of changes before launch. After launch, you get up to 2 small changes a month (about 30 minutes each), done within 2 business days. We quote larger changes before doing them.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the text, photos and logos you give us. You give us permission to use them to build, host and show your site. You confirm that you have the right to use them, and that the facts about your business are true, including any license or insurance statements.

6. Your domain

You register and own your domain. You make the DNS changes, using our written steps. We never ask for your registrar password.

7. Our materials

The design, template and code stay ours. Your site stays live while your subscription is paid.

8. Cancelling

Cancel anytime through your Stripe customer portal or by email. Service ends at the end of the month you have paid for. Except as stated in section 3, we do not refund partial months. On request, we send you your text and photos.

9. Missed payments

If a payment fails and is not fixed within 14 days, we may take the site offline until it is paid.

10. Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile is free from Google. We give you written steps to verify and manage your own profile. We do not manage it for you.

11. No guarantees of results

We do not promise search rankings, calls, leads or sales.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for anything illegal, misleading or infringing. We may remove such content.

13. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

14. Changes to these terms

We will email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect.

15. Law

Texas law governs these terms.
