Well Done is a trade name of Gramstad CPA LLC.

What we collect

• Business contact details that a business publishes on its own website: business name, email and phone. We record where we found them.
• What you send us, such as replies, photos and site content.
• Billing details, which Stripe processes. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Messages that visitors send through your site's quote form. We forward them to you.

How we use it

To contact businesses about our service, to build and host sites, to send the quote requests your site receives, to bill, and to keep a list of people who asked us to stop.

Who helps us

Service providers that process data for us: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Basin (forms), Google Workspace (email), Instantly (sending email), Attio (records), and our AI build and support tools. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We delete prospect records with no reply after 90 days. We keep opt-out records permanently so that we can honor them. We keep customer records while you are a customer and as long as tax law requires.
